Strengths-based leadership

We work with strengths-based leadership because it creates the best conditions for both performance and wellbeing.

By building on employees’ strengths and top talents, we support targeted task allocation that increases motivation, engagement and job satisfaction.

At the same time, it gives the leader a clear basis for decision-making on where support and development efforts have the greatest impact, and how to provide relevant and motivating feedback.
The result is well-functioning teams where both the individual and the organisation as a whole perform more effectively and sustainably.

We define strength as a mix of innate talents, skills and context. We work professionally with all of these when we help companies understand and act on the basis of existing strengths across the organisation and within the individual.

Talent assessment

Talent assessment provides a nuanced picture of the individual’s natural talents and drivers.

The assessment identifies the areas where a person has the greatest potential to develop strengths and create value—both individually and in collaboration with others.

The result is a personal talent profile that provides, among other things, insights into:

  • Which tasks and roles best match the combination of talents
  • A basis for sparring on strengths, including skills and context
  • Development potential and any limitations

When we work with talent assessment, we ensure insight and awareness of strengths that are already present, thereby creating the opportunity to act on existing potential. This creates greater wellbeing, clearer direction and better results—for the individual employee, the team and the organisation as a whole.
